ONLINE CLASSES REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of limited number of attendees in the Tax Facts Tax Professionals Resolution Representation U.S. Tax Court Non Attorney Written Examination Online Classes training program and distribution of electronic digital eBooks Study Materials, distribution of other handouts and/or Study Materials, our administration recommends that each participant enrolling in the Online Classes program verify their schedule availability and desire for dedicated studies prior to completing registration for the 12 Month Online Classes Study Program.
Enrollment registration fees are non-refundable after course confirmation.
Enrollment registration fees are non-transferrable to another party at any time. Enrollment registration must initially be completed based upon the intended attendee providing their enrollment/registration information.
In the event of complete program cancellation by the Tax Facts Tax Professionals Resolution Representation administration, each enrolled participant would be eligible for the portion of the unused enrollment registration fees for program segments or materials not delivered.
In the event of participant substantial extenuating circumstances impairing their ability to proceed with program enrollment, the participant may submit a written grievance request to the Director of Enrollment. Each circumstance may be reviewed and/or considered on a case-by-case basis. The Director of Enrollment must submit a Recommended Findings and Conclusion statement to be placed on the monthly Board of Director’s agenda for final approval or rejection.

SELF STUDY PRODUCTS REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of distribution of electronic digital eBooks Self Study materials, once distribution is processed the product is in the possession of the purchasing recipient and cannot be retrieved by the Tax Fact Tax Professionals Resolution Representation program administrators. Therefore, the administration recommends that each participant purchasing Self Study products verify their schedule availability and desire for dedicated studies prior to purchasing Self Study products.
Product purchase fees are non-refundable after purchase processing for distribution.
Product purchase fees are non-transferrable to another party at any time. Purchase information must initially be completed based upon the intended product recipient party who will have access to the electronic digital eBooks upon initial purchase.

PROGRAM or PRODUCT INTERNAL INTERRUPTION OR CANCELLATION
Tax Facts Tax Professionals Resolution Representation administrators’ collective efforts are to continually provide quality based online study programs and online study products. We do not anticipate any cancellation or interruption to the pre-scheduled group internet based classes sessions, electronic digital eBooks products for use by online classes participants or self-study products purchasers.
In the event that a significant interruption or cancellation should become necessary, such as catastrophic internet or other service type outage, the online course instructor notifies each online classes program participant of such interruption or cancellation by telephone promptly or as soon as feasibly possible with applicable instructions relating to the interruption or cancellation event.

Participants in the online classes program and Self Study purchasers are notified of program interruption or cancellation procedures in their “Welcome” letter upon enrollment registration or product purchase.
COMPLAINT or GRIEVANCE RESOLUTION PROCEDURES
The dedicated efforts of all members of Tax Facts Tax Professionals Resolution Representation firm, USTCP Development Team, Program Review Team, USTCP Instructors and other administrators are to always resolve conflicts including complaints to the best of our professional capabilities.
Written complaints or grievances must be submitted to the Director of Enrollment or Director of Purchasing as applicable for immediate review and proactive timely response.
Participants in the online classes programs and purchasers of study products are notified of program complaint and/or grievance procedures in their “Welcome” letter upon enrollment registration or purchase.
